you keep your sr22 for like 2 years or so... sometimes longer depending on the case... my brother's was like $600 a month... i think maybe a little more.... but whatever you do... i feel sorry for you.... if your in the military don't they send you to military court too? or don't your commanding officer have to go to court with you?..... i dunno... the military is there to help you..... thats what you get that 1st and 15th of the month paycheck..... but a lot of people go into debt not spending their money the right way..... oh well... ya'lls loss... good luck? find someone that does a good tat in there too.... haha

 

It's usually at the discretion of the command. They may decide the civilian courts have hammered him enough, or they may just decide to stick it in sideway's and break it off. For enlisted people, it's usually their chief that goes with them. Not sure about the officer types.
