Pm me. I can get you a place 2 blocks from the oceanfront...New granite, stainless steel appliances, new cabinets, 1000sq. ft. Very nice place and layout is very nice. 2br. $1200 (water is included). Anyways just let me know if your interested. I currently live there if you would like to take a look at the place. Also has its own pool on site and I can seriously walk out of my condo and be at the water in less than 2 min. Its on 28th street

There's lots of really cool apartments in downtown Norfolk that are cheap... stick to Ghent area look on cavalierland.com or cookeandneff.com

I dont recommend someone fresh out to school to just go out and buy a house.
You have no idea what real bills are until you live by yourself, and the worst thing you can do is get upside down and bite off more then you can chew.
