Getting an apartment, need opinions.
I see, they just want your money more, gotcha. I would say stay on base, but who wants to do that.
yea I'm pretty much in the 650-825 a month range probably I know chesapeak bay by city center looked nice as shit but they are like 1300 a month for the one I was looking at.. thats pushing it a little.
always a risk with a roomate. my new roomy is supposed to be moved in by this weekend, if she doesnt i'm not holding it for her any longer.
Always, everyone I know in the military tries to get that so they don't pay for housing. That would definitely be a HUGE step towards moving back. I want to move back out there also, Cali was on point.
you can charge a flat rate of 500-700 a month for a room, power, cable, water,etc.. and rent the room rather fast.
[QUOTE=basketthis69;4248236]I'd like to know more about houses selling. I will be selling my house soon. After updating.[QUOTE]

You should go down 134 or magruder. There are plenty of apartment complex's that are nice and dont have to worry about being robbed. I cant think of the name right now but its at the intersection of magruder and big bethel. nice apartments and not bad prices. Basically the same prices as all the other apartments.
