I'd like to know more about houses selling. I will be selling my house soon. After updating.

GL finding an apartment. IMO, you should buy a house/rent a house... never rent an apartment, they lock you into a contract that says they can raise the rent whenever they please. So, if you are paying 660/month and they decide to raise it in the next 3 months, it could be 770/month. Up to you in the long run. But, either way, GL.

A single male or married couple does not need a 200k house to be in a good house..

Really? St. Andrews looked pretty nice once you get back in there.. it's right next to windsor crossing and that nice new complex they just built over there. I have a sister living in windsor crossing and crime seems low, nice place.

well any suggestions for apartments in newport news/york town/williamsburg area that a single guy making 32k a year could afford? I really don't have any many bills right now. no car payment, liability insurance. ect..

Sucks tat I make too much for income restricted.. 32k really isn't all that much. most the nicer restricted places cut off at 22-27k a year
