I don't rock a front plate but have out of state plates and in AZ you are just issued 1!

If you can't put it on right now, at least put it in your windshield until you can, then the pricks can only give you a warning, so long as you explain you're working on putting it on.

If you can put it on and you just don't want to put it on, be prepared to pay a ticket, especially if you're in Va.Beach. They pull you over for anything.

Traffic violations are a source of revenue around here.

Then it becomes a "missile hazard" which you can be ticketed for as well.

Being registered in another state doesn't do anything. You're driving on VA highways and have to abide by their rules. They'll know if you're just a passer-by or actually live in VA usually...to many giveaways. Registered in Ohio, but it doesn't save me :P

Your right about abiding by the rules but as far as the license plate placement they can't mess with you on that if your car is not registered in that state.

SURE- never had front plates and won't get them-Cause I don't have too! Never been pulled over and I pass cops every day to work-
What ticket can he issue me if the state I'm registered at only issues 1 plate?
But I'm guessing it will depend if he pulls you over and you have either a out of DL or Va DL

He can issue you a ticket for failure to have a front plate...because guess what, it's a VA law to have a front plate. If you reside in VA(which he'll know because of your military tags), than he'll give you a ticket. I drive every day without a front plate too, hell, my car didn't even come with a place to mount a front licensce plate bracket. I've never been pulled over in 2 years about no front plate...does it mean I won't get a ticket...nope, will I fight it...nope, because I know the law says I need a front plate. Whether you're given one or not, you have to abide by VA laws while driving on VA highways.
