VNT AUTO!I bought my car from them. Not had any problems that I did not kno about before. I took my car to CCC before I bought it and Brady checked it out for me and gave me the thumbs up. I Carfaxed it and it came out perfect.

You won't win if you bring it to court. They can easily say they were as unaware of the situation as you were and you have no evidence to prove they weren't. They sold the car under the condition they knew it to be in, and you didn't do enough research before you bought it.
I bought my car with basically a blown motor and the check engine light unplugged. My grandfather (a lemon lawyer) basically said tough shit, Im out of luck.
