I didn't pay for it straight up so i don't what the title says. my car fax paper work says the car had 151 on it in march 2004 and they told me it had 87k on it in jan 2005 wheni bought it. All my paper work say 87k on it.

 

Sue their asses. Especially if they acknowledged that the cluster had been changed. It's a BIG party foul for dealers.

 

DON'T BUY FROM VNT AUTO SALES IN HAMPTON! FINDING OUT THAT THE CAR HAS BEEN IN A FUCKING ACCIDENT WITH ALL THE ISSUES I'M HAVING TO DEAL WITH NOW JUST TO GET A DAMN STATE INSPECTION. FIRST TIME HE SAID WHY THE ABS / SRS / CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WERE ON AND FRONT PASSENGER HEADLIGHTS WERE OFF HE TOLD ME THAT THEY JUST WENT OFF A FEW DAYS BEFORE I GOT THERE. NOW EVERYTHING I'VE BEEN PAYING TO FIX IT THEY'VE ASKED ME IF THE CAR GOT IN AN ACCIDENT SO I'M CALLING BULLSHIT AND FUCK VNT AUTO! VNT AUTO!

an old class mate in high school bought a GSR from them. it had NOTHING but problems... in fact he had to get the engine rebuilt, and the tranny rebuild along with misc parts of the drivetrain. tippits

 

do a carfax and look over the car really well before you buy it. simple

 

you can most certainly sue no problem, there are alot of laws protecting consumers from this type of problem and call wavy10, they'll blow that whole shit up man. but seriously, you can get this fixed legally no problem but don't wait to do it or you never will.
