Welcome to grammar 101. Today class we are going to be discussing the use of the word "has". As in my father HAS aftermarket exhaust on his 1981 VW Rabbit. Try using the word in your own sentence now class.

 

But it is not in the state of Virginia inspection....I just had my car inspected a month ago with my performance/aftermarket exhaust and i passed... There is nothening in my dad's state inspection book about exhaust...you can have all the performance ehaust you want according to the state inspection book...it is just in the damn cities...so i mean if it is illegal in all these damn cities then we should start having city inspection just like we have state inspections..and like i said the first time...i thought state usually over rides city

 

Sry i don't type perfect when i am typing fast...I have seen a lot of people mess up in all these fourms on here and then there is always people on here that haves nothen better else to do but to correct them all the damn time and chenge the damn subject from the orginal post..and that usually starts shit on here...i mean i see more damn drama on here then i see at my high school...and these people are fucking usualy older than 19 that start high school drama

No, you have to comply with both sets of laws. Just because it passes a state inspection doesn't mean that it will pass a city noise ordinance.

I always get my inspection through a station somewhere on bonney road..i don't know the name right now on the top of my head

then yeah the only thing that you could do is tell the judge that you were unaware, that the exhaust was a problem because you just had your inspection done.
