Car Salesman I have (?)
What dealership do you work at and how do you like it there.
I fucking hate the company I work for with a passion and I'm curious as to if I just hate the business or if I just work for a shitty company. Also, how is business? Is it slow right now? You know basic shit like that, how are your managers, do you have to TO every customer 5 million times if they dont want to buy etc... etc... On avg. how many customers do you get a day(yourself, not the entire customer.)

When I worked for Checkered Flag Toyota you had to TO every god damn person, and they'd get pissed if you didn't and they saw you. Once you get to be one of the top salesmen, or someone who's been there for awhile they don't seem to care, since they know you know what you doing. For newer guys, its to make sure you aren't blowing customers out right and left. I'm sure you know this already, but you probably aren't going to escape it at another dealership most likely. I liked working at Checkered Flag, probably because I knew everyone there and it made it somewhat fun. I'd go back if I could, but I dunno if I wanna try selling again.
You may want to look into working at Carmax or DriversWorld. A salesman who sold me several VW's when he worked at Checkered Flag VW, now works at DriversWorld and is much happier. I believe they are paid salary and there isn't too much pressure to sell as many cars as possible. The environment seemed more pleasant as well.
