Lol, if only you had seen how disrespectful this cop was, you would understand the situation.. and yes, the probation period is the same as losing your job because hes not going to be paid until after completing training again.. and as far as illegal goes, its not illegal, its just my dad can get in contact with the chief of police and have an investigation started IMMEDIATELY rather than going through a ton of different loops and then it being investigated..

The paramedics & fire fighters backed my story and my mothers story which lead to him being suspended without pay.

Losing the job, and suspended are the same thing, especially if he doesn't complete training again, no?

WRONG.. virginia law says that ANY employer whether private, company, city, state, federal, or government can lay off an employee WITHOUT warning. Just as you can quit without giving notice and it cannot be held against you.
