Buying S2K
a friend of mine bought one last year with about 80,000 miles for $12,000. So no, that price isn't sketchily low. Go for it, you'll love it so much more than a stupid little integra!

Yeah dude S2000's are going down! Get em for like 12,000. Trying to get my dad to pick one up haha, since he's selling his old Triumph TR3 and I told him he needs another convertible

If it's been around that long, I'd stay away from it. From the looks of it, I wouldn't want it anyway. The lights are VERY illegal and shouldn't pass inspection. The bumper is missing the tow hook cover, and the stock wheels painted are shitty looking on that car. I would have to assume from the cheap ricer visual cues that it's been ridden hard...
What price range are you comfortable with? PM me.

I agree with what the other poster said about this car being for sale for along time (atleast 6months). I currently own an 02 s2k, so when a buddy of mine started to search for one he asked me to do some test drives with him, this car was one we looked at.
When we checked out the car the lights stood out as something to stop it from passing inspection. That was the first thing i saw. Second was normal wear and tear on the soft top. The HUGE issue was valve lash (sp?), the car when started sounded like a kettle of popcorn. Something is NOT right with this car. Once the salesman started it, we listened for a few minutes and then left. Wasnt even worth driving.
Salesman was a clown too imo.
