naw thats the top of teh spark plug wires. u can see a piece of the bracket being held on by a screw.

He should not get it cause it has been for sale for so long, has valve train issues and is not legal. UNLESS he gets a hell of a deal and takes out and saves enough money to get a stroker kit not if but WHEN that motor blows.
