AutoCAD jobs
no. i did cadd since i was a sophomore in hs. i went to the vb atc for it for two years and then i got a job part time with it because of other pursuits/college. i'm not setting cadd to be my career now, though. however, i do have the experience with it, and want to utilize it part-time where i can draft and use what i know for a company in need of solely that.
+1
I tried to find a part time CAD job for about a year. Unless your willing to get shitty pay (under $14-16 an hour), your not going to find anything.
I got away with doing part time drafting for a semester a few years ago in northern VA, only because I was working there full time already. I was also yelled after i showed my boss my school schedule after i deliberately remember him saying my education is important.

I'm graduating fall 09, however I'm looking to start working around summer of 09. Hopfully i don't land in some stupid manufacturing job like everyone else.
. fuck farm fresh right now.
Not sure what though. Considering i will have my degree in engineering and not CADD like all the other designers. My old supervisor told me i should move up quickly though with that degree until i get my bach.
