Default AutoCAD jobs

Well, I got laid off from my mechanical drafting job. I used AutoCAD 2007 to perform HVAC draft jobs doing a lot of ductwork and pipework drawings for buildings. I've done 3D modeling and floorplans and electrical work too, so i'm pretty rounded with the program and editing.

Now I just have to find a job that is hiring, since my last job couldn't keep me. I know Vadriven isn't Monster.com, but why not try it, too.

Keep in mind that i'm a full-time student looking for part-time work. If you know any places in Virginia Beach or areas near that are hiring/flexible shoot me a PM

Talk to your university engineer department (assuming you are also a engineer student) and ask them about job internships. You get college credit while you are making money.

I'm doing the same thing, Jarrod. I can't find any flexible/part time ones around here so I'm pretty much stuck at the bike shop for a while. I'll be at ODU next semester so fuck having a full time job with that.

It's hard to get a part time job using cad. I had a job that i was going to get with the city of newport news doing cad work part time. Maybe vbeach has something like that?

no. i did cadd since i was a sophomore in hs. i went to the vb atc for it for two years and then i got a job part time with it because of other pursuits/college. i'm not setting cadd to be my career now, though. however, i do have the experience with it, and want to utilize it part-time where i can draft and use what i know for a company in need of solely that.
