We have two guys in my code who came over to NNSY from newport news. George Augustus and Jeff Lankford. Anyone know those guys?

 

Where the fuck are you working at now? Trust me, I hate my job enough, that a pay cut won't bother me in the least bit. By that time, I will have no bills, no car payment, cheap insurance, and won't need the change they'll be offering. I have absolutely no esteem to hang around NGNN any longer than I have to. Honestly, I would be suprised if they haven't fired me by that time. When you hate your job, you don't like to show up...

 

Jdavis, I understand your pain. I worked in newport news shop 31(??) for about 2 months right after I got out of the navy, back in '95. AFter pulling the orange temp power cables around I decided going back to school with the GI bill was a VERY good idea. That job was miserable! Pulling the cables out of hangers and having all that grinding dust fall down in your face wasn't much fun.

 

Iv got one more year on my Co-Op contract at Northrop Grumman and im out! I fuckn hate that place.

What exactly are you doing over there? Catia? LAR's? Or do you have no work so the day goes by real slow.

Im over in 600 doing 688 Class sub overhaul and its ok. Im actually doing my second co-op even though i am finished with school. I spend half of the day talking because everything is so slack.
