Anyone Dealt with Forward Air...
In Norfolk? I had some hassles with them on a package delivery this past week; they were extremely rude, and wouldn't allow me to leave with my package until it was opened up because I told them I wanted to note that it had some holes in it. All they had to do was get some pictures, but they insisted it had to be completely unpackaged. So after they ripped it up, the pictures were useless. I have never heard of unpackaging on delivery, and this is after dealing with many shipping companies. Most give you the option to notify them within 90 days for an inspection if packages are damaged.
As for their customer service, the lady inside made me wait for several minutes before she even acknowledged I was there, while she needlessly shuffled papers around until she felt it was time to help a customer.
I wouldn't deal with them for shipping anything after that experience. Nor would I recommend them to anyone.
