It was my first ticket in VA state, thats why it was dropped. The ticket I had gotten previously was in WV. I was used to the 70 mph speed limit and I was driving home from WVU after spending all night vomiting and sleeping in my car. Needless to say I was clueless when I hit 19 and the speed limit changed.

I generally drive fairly conservative now given my luck. Fast for me is <15 over the limit.
