I tried a chain on a grand national years ago and the knock sensor picked up the noise from the chain at idle. ECM was pulling all kinds of timing and had me pulling my hair out since the knock retard would go away accellerating but show up at idle.
If youre in a pinch (read: fix it dirt cheap) use a cable or ratchet strap instead of a chain. Your knock sensor will probably thank you.

those are pretty cool mounts. What durometer(sp?) are the rubber pieces? They don't look like real super stiff mounts..but more like perfect just upgraded mounts..

I don't imagine it should vibrate the car TOO much more than it is now with the solid rear insert(the one that made the biggest difference in wheel hop/shifting, as well as vibration), just keep the engine from rotating!
My car isn't exactly smooth anymore with the balance shaft belt off and solid-like mounts haha..
