After talking to them for a while, and if they aren't lying, you will have to be able to run 11's to beat them. Right now, they said there is some tranny problem or something along those lines that is keeping them from pushing the car too much - RIGHT NOW.

I am not 100% sure what you have done to yours, to date, but 11's is pretty quick...i'm sure you can find $5k more if you had to, in order to beat them

Just a heads up. :P I hope yours can run that, at least! after all that money you have put into that beauty.

P.S. It's HERS...he drives it too...they got it off a friend for DIRT cheap, cuz he went into debt from all the mods done to the car...Talk about conterproductive.

P.P.S As of right now, I know jeff taylor is faster, but that MIGHT be bec. of the prob. with the car...who knows!

 

my z should run mid-high 10's (friends who have same set up-or at least similiar hitting those #'s)
that sc cobra would get its ass kicked by my z - i'm sorry to say it - but i've eaten up saleens w/ 100 shot of n2o and some other bigger cars and that was prior to having all the mods i have now.
650rwhp is a bit more than a cobra w/ a charger

something is definitely not right w/ that car if he's 550rwhp - he should have eaten up ryans 300zx running only 12psi and the rx7 if he was 550 - i doubt he's 550 at the crank

550RWHP hahahhaha. There is no way, he was dead even with that Rx7 and he only jumped a car on me when i was running low boost. And Jeff ate him up, there is no way in hell that car has 550RWHP unless he decided to run a shitload less on the SC and lose to Jeff.

 

HAHah...ill own that car in the twisties or a road course..but i know where im beat. I cant hang with a SC V8 Cobra in the straights. I'll own the fuck out of it in a mountain run though. Ill also own her in bed...but thats another story..

 

Rguy you still avoiding that race with the R badge unworthy prelude in town? You might not have run that SC cobra but I recall you asking to get some of that 4th gen prelude.

 

First, Yeah I was in the store too when this happened...she did the same thing with me. Yes she is VERY attractive, but RGuy, u were in there with your girl, so I wouldn't be talking too loud, she might hear u. Also, the Cobra chick was with her bf, and I don't think he'll like it when he reads these posts. I talked to them for a few minutes, they are both pretty nice.

Second, yes Corey, RGuy does owe a race to a certain Prelude, but he also needs to take that thing to the track to race me as well, even if it is just for beer and a good time....just remember, I like Miller Lite.

 

Ryan (?), read the previous posts...he is supposedly having problems, so yes, he wouldn't eat up those cars...he has more than just a simple SC on there, from what he says...but again, who knows...just telling it from both sides. If he isn't having problems then that car isn't anything more than maybe 430hp if jeff pulled on him.

Ryan...what is the estimated power on your Z? You told me once at the cruise, but i forget
