Place around H'Burg to install X-Pipe
Where is a good shop around here that could install a Bassini X-Pipe on my Corvette? A friend of mine told me about a good shop in Bridgewater that would do it fairly cheaply but I've forgotten the name of it. Also any idea what the cost of these shops to do the work would be nice. It requires cutting after the cats for installation, then bolts up directly to the cat-back. Thanks in advance.

Murph's muffler. I had him fix some welds on my vette a while back.
Good work, good guy, fair prices. He has an old car he races too, so he is a car guy and will take care of your car.

I have had good luck with Murph's Muffler on Pleasant Hill road behind Heatwole auction house. Bill's Muffle on Rt 42 is real good too.

I am with AW11inVA...Tom, the owner of Bill's Muffler is a good friend of mine, he does great work, give him a call, I am pretty sure he is free this coming week, he was dead on Thursday and was playing with his drag bikes..haha. But call him and see what he can do for you...540-433-9407

I have been thinking about doing something similar to what another MK1 MR2 owner did. He took a Flowmaster dual exhaust for a V6 camaro and had a shop in his area put on his Mr2. It looked and sounded pretty good from the videos. There is a guy on one of the Mr2 forums making really nice down pipes and I would want to come from that to a Cat then to the muffler.
I am kinda of reluctant to approach Bill's about this because the last time I mentioned custom exhaust work on my MR2 while it was there for a minor repair one of the employees there was like "Just go online and buy an exhaust kit for it".
I know they do good work and are affordable but that guy left me with the impression they dont like custom work.
