Just wanted let you know...
The way I see it, if you have to read about being an Entrepeneur - you probly arent one in the first place. Its a natural ability, and its obvious when one has the gift - they wont be needing a book to become one, you either have it in your blood or you dont...Doesnt mean you cant become one, just means you probly wont get there as easy as someone who has a mind geared towards that sort of thing
It'll be like clockwork for those who have that gift, not something you can buy....Or is it??

I also have an idea for a third. I'm just trying learn as much as I can.
1st is furniture repair for factories and buying and reselling, second is custom furniture building/cabinetry/etc.
The second was mainly created due to my dad recently losing his job. I have created it really for him and and good friend. Know anybody that needs something built?
I'll have a website for it done soon.
Third is just a work in progress...

Sounds cool.
Now you just gotta work on making it known.
I prefer dealing with a few large sales every year, rather than a lot of little things. I went in with my dad on some things down at the lake, like flipping several lots at a time over the course of 6-12 months. The market the past two years was outrageous, its sort of leveling out now. I simply invested a little money into 3-4 lots and took the profit from those sales and invested more percentages into further lots...Kind of a snowball effect. Worked well, and I havent needed a job this past year.
Now I do though
Need money for mods!!

Haha yeah, well to put it in perspective. You could get a large lot (2 yrs ago, not now) for around $500,000...Sub devide it into three smaller lots with about 75-100ft of shoreline, clear the trees, etc. Then turn around and put them up individually for $230-250k (6-12 months later). So with two sales, you cover the first cost, then with the third sale its all profit+the money it took to sub-devide and clear ($10-20k I believe). So yeah, you can make what most weathy people make in a year, in a matter of 6-12 months without actually 'working.' Thats the way I like it.
