Honda vs dsm crap.

This package from Lingenfelter comes with a 3 year/36k mile warranty. The corvette makes 800hp and they say out of boost it gets the same gas mileage as stock. That is considered a "stock" block build. Just thought i would throw this out for the sake of arguing.

" Engine removal, inspection and disassembly
JE Forged aluminum pistons
Callies 4340 forged steel crankshaft 4.00" stroke
Manley fully machined 4340 forged steel connecting rods "
And came to wonder why you even brought up that car? I could find a link to a built Titan Motorsports Supra that makes 1400whp just for the sake of arguing...but it would have built internals, just like the Vette you just posted...

So this begs the question, what's your point?
You're taking stock block literal. We are speaking of internals, sorry to confuse you.
That vette clearly does not have stock internals...I don't doubt that the LS7 motor is a strong motor though.
Supra's don't need a warranty, and you sure as hell don't have to pay $46k for a kit + Warranty. A $10k kit will get you that same power 800whp+, and with the $36k you save you could buy a second Supra.

Warranty on a Supra, lollzzzzz tell that to the 800-900whp daily driving stock internal/tranny Supra guys.

I posted that car just to give another perspective on reliable big power cars. Sorry you got your panties in a bunch.
....this is not a stab at supra guys.

Of course i'd take a blown C6 ZO6 over a 700-800whp Supra, due to it's tracking abilities, but then you're talking about spending gobs of money...While you can do the same with a Supra with $35K or less.
haha I didn't get my panties in a bunch, I was simply confused as why that car was mentioned when it wasn't apart of the "guidelines" so to speak.
