I think NOVA,Richmond,and Va Beach do Emission test but people will put car on lift and look everything over

I should be more specific, NOVA more or less has every county requiring emissions. My family main house is in NOVA as I go to college here. We also own some land a little south west of Front Royal, and we register all the vehicles out there.

What I was trying to say was, it doesn't matter where in the state you get the vehicle inspected, it matters where the vehicle is registered.

No emissions testing in hburg. As long as car isn't registered in NOVA you're good.

my registration is expiring i am going to register in county of harrisonburg =) ....if they let me haha

you have to be a resident of the county you register in, which means you must have a residence. They are not likely to issue a registration with just a PO box.
