can you shed any light on whether or not they plan to extend the track to 1/4 mile?there was a thread on here a while back,but never any conclusive info.

I know one of the techs for Hagan's team. Since he is now in Ihra Top Fuel Funny they can no longer race 1/8th mile so of course they want to extend to 1/4 but there is a problem. They built the longest track they could for what they own. There is some old guy who owns the property beyond the track that does absolutely nothing with the land but grow cattle. My friend says Hagan's daddy (who we all know is loaded) has thrown every offer to him but the guy won't sell it. Eventually it will happen but I don't believe it will be anytime soon unfortunately.

 

that sucks.i've joked before about one of those 4 second cars getting out of hand and running over a cow down there at the end
having a 1/4 mile track that close would be killer!.....but then somebody would still say it's still too far.

Quit being a bunch of girls. Everybody on here has street raced before, so there isn't much that can be said. I personally think that its fun. Especially when people talk shit. Just go watch the doc phil episode on street racing and shut up.
