This one was completely stock, copperish red color, scratched up front bumper.
The neon was clearly a purpose built car, I don't see why you would be so suprised.. It was probably an R/T.
oh don't get me wrong..i wasn't expecting the neon to be slow...i've seen it run 3 times now...its def. a well built machine...i really love watching it..my comment was directed towards neon's in general especially that generation.

The black 87 Pontiac Fiero is a local. He and his Dad built the car - several times.
