Roberts muffler in salem does awesome work. They dont' do mandrel bends but you really couldn't tell much of a difference in looking at it.
Their "crush" bent pipe is about as close to mandrel as you can get, w/out being mandrel.

We sell mandrel bends at my work. www.performance-curve.com both in ss(304 & 409) and aluminized. You could cut it up and have it welded together from there. Oh and yes, Roberts muffler does do excellent work.

United Muffler in Fairlawn can do manderl bend.
Nice shop, considering the last one burned down. But it did them a favor anyways.

Think he could hook me up with a header back exhaust with some mufflers, and 3 inch piping? Where is that at, I am very unfamiliar with Salem. Or do you have a number?
I really want Madrel but I'll take what I can get I guess.

Re: Exhaust shop, Roanoke area
I bought a seriously nice 304 SS piece from performance curve. Go on ebay and type in Mandrel bent pipe and there will be a nicely bent 304 SS piece. They sell it for just over 40 bucks for the whole thing, and it includes a 180* pipe, a 45* bend and then about 3 feet total of straight section. GREAT deal IMO as if you pick it up there would be no shipping.
*edit*- I'll save you the trouble, here:

They have other sizes as well, all at great prices. They care extremely cheap flex sections, O2 bungs, and hangers too. I just spent quite a bit with them, and as mentioned since its local you dont pay shipping if you pick it up. My gf and I just made a date out of it, and got a nice lunch/dinner when we went.
I have some mufflers for anyone who is interested as well. I bought a bunch of them when trying to choose my exact setup. One of them is a monster 30" long bodied, 3" ID 6" OD muffler that dampens virtually EVERYTHING, the other is a OBX N1 style that is 2.25 or 2.5" ID (cant remember).
