Looking at buying a house but i dont need to use all 3/4 rooms....seeing if there is any people wanting to rent out a room.....Details will follow later upon the chosing of which house

Where is the house located, how much would "rent" be, and when are you looking to do this?

 

just make a brothel, it will give you a larger return on your investment.



and BTW....good luck finding a good renter. they are pretty hard to come by. words of wisdom: look at their car (interior) before accepting their application. messy car=tears shit up most of the time.

 

Hopefully soon ...got a few leads on some good houses...and iam not renting...iam buying and renting the room out
