I dont know if this is the right place to put this but anyways. I am looking for a roommate. The entire upstairs is for rent 2 bedrooms and a 1/2 bath. 500.00 a month plus 1/2 the utilities. The house is located in varina about 2 miles from Shocoe. available Feb 1st, maybe sooner if needed.

If anyone's looking, this would be a good place. Greg is a great guy and this is a prime location for someone who wants to be close to downtown without living downtown.

roommates.com sucks. I subscribed there for 2 months and most are inactive or not serious about moving in or having someone move in. Craigslist is where it's at. Just have you dirt bag meter equipped when meeting up.

 

I might be interested. I may move to richmond pretty soon. I would only be looking for something temporary. Probably about 4 months
