So for now i think im just sticking to a tune, cause your right this is my DD, and if something like a tranny breaks, im screwed. But im just so blah with my stock turbo.
Get a VF34. I loved mine. Enough power to keep you happy, and even with my huge FMIC, I had less lag than my stock turbo and a TurboXS top mount.

I was originaly going with the VF34 but had other suggestions about the 16 and 18G turbos as well. Im running a front mount as well and with the stock turbo the lag is HORRIBLE.

The 34 is a awsome turbo........i loved mine. It has great power and very good spool.

All that you would need would be injectors the turbo and a tune.

What kind of engine management do you have? I ran a UTEC for the longest time, and got pretty good at tuning them. I switched to a Hydra just before I sold it, and it was great, but I didn't get to experiment with it much.

Mine had a UTEC piggy back. 18G turbo, Gruppe-S headers, full/straight 3" exhaust, 750cc injectors, 255lph fuel pump, TurboXS FMIC (i think), stock DV, 18G dead bolt turbo.

Tuned it put down 301awhp @ 21 psi. It didn't spool till about 5k rpm so it sucked haha. When it hit in 1st and 2nd it was fast, but otherwise it was soo laggy.

PS. John did you hear me hit fuel cut today around that turn, I didn't realize I was in 1st gear

Micah..........your car sounds just incredible.......and yes i did hear a little fuel cut....but it was all good. You have to give me a ride in that thing. You got through 1 and 2nd spinning very very quickly. I am glad you hit it there for a second.........i was hoping that you would
