Yeah, Ive had some long wait times recently. It happens. I run a one man shop that everything is made per person/per order. Everything is Hand Made and takes time. When you have a group of kids trying to ruin what you have because they are sick and twisted, what do you do?

Easy, just hope people see's their the lies and crap they stir. If so, every star or famous person would be ruined if people believed the STAR or other goofy mag in a the check out lane at Food Lion.

Their are two sides to every story.

Gunnergod. Was mad because when I refunded him, I charged a $100 fee that was un refundable. Why? Because he never paid for the hardware kit for his manifold and down pipe. Never Paid for repair of his peak boost dump tube. AND what he leaves out in his posts, received a charge pipe kit for a discount FOR the purchase of his down pipe. Civic FMIC kit with tial flange. Couplers and T bolts. SO with the refund that was given for the down pipe, a total of $100 was NON refundable to retract the discount for the FMIC kit, un paid for parts and un paid for services.

He agreed and was 100% fine with this transaction. But now wants to take me to claims court because from what i gather, him and his buddies are just SFab haters and thats just the kind of PEOPLE these kids are.

That being said, It is impossible for me to come onto the internet and have E fights with little kids that have some sick twisted motives.

Here is an example I deal with.

Kids are ordering custom turbo manifolds, have me make them. Then I have them tell me they are switching to a new engine, Blew up exsisting engine, Are staying NA and changed mind. And the most popular, are broke and just need cash. So after houndreds are spend on these kids, they demand and threaten that a FULL refund be given. The people at hand were all told (but the will call BS im sure) word of mouth that NO refund can be given when these services have been discounted to the extent that they have been. But if one was to be given that Parts would not be refundable. After words, they dont care about that, and Im fucked because I have no paper work with signed papers with it. Besides all that, Ive given refunds in full for almost every order until recently I stood up for myself and started refusing to pay for part of these orders they make me fab for THEM.

I've fronted about 1000-3000 in refunds over thr last 4 months out of pocket or my credit line. Shit, I've even had to sell my car, swap and all extra turbo belongings to pay for the stuff these kids ordered. All because they are broke and want to go to beach week, buy gifts for GF's birthday or because THEY went just found a cheaper product on ebay and wanna pocket the rest.


Here is another example. They send a down payment for 20-50% the cost of the products ordered. The products are finished, yet now you cant get these kids to call you back or come by to finish payment, pick up parts, OR come by the garage to have measurments taken for their custom project. Do they show? No. Do they call? no? But in a second they will claim, I didnt call, I disapeared and they just flat out want a refund.

Its 3am, Im on a shitty computer thats im borrowing because I was told about this thread. Im tired. I'm done defending myself against these kids. It only feeds the fire and 9.9/10 you dont have ANYONE in the corner of the business and everyone willing to side with liars.

Oh yeah, those pictures do look like shit. But were taken and meant to look like shit. The kid who took them (Chris Nailor, Yea) even bragged about taken them.

If it isnt so freaking obvious, these kids were out to tarnish my name. They have done just that and get by with it because NO one is willing to ask me / us our side of the story.

Its very easy to spread rumers and or lies on the internet. BTW, big foot was just spoted at Burger King, Wowsers!

Hardware kit? You mean the 4 bolts I paid you $5 for to attach my downpipe? The manifold hardware is straight from PeakBoost. Oh, and thanks for "repairing" my dumptube that you forgot to take in account for when making the downpipe in the first place.

The only reason I bought the kit from you was because you said that you would match the same price that I was already getting it for. I figured, "What the hell, I'll get it all from Brad Sebera." BAD DECISION!

I agree with this statement. But this was also BEFORE I realized that the downpipe didn't fit worth shit.

I have no plans on taking you to court Brad. I just made this post to inform others on how they can go about doing so. They have a lot more invested in your mickey mouse business than I do.

I don't care what angle that shit was taking at, you can see the quality (or lack thereof) in work. Dude you probably can turn out a decent weld job, im sure if you have a business you've done better. You should just bite the bullet and admit that you fucked the manifold all up. Also if im reading your post right, you said you actually accept 20-50% of a payment and return the car? Dude if the don't pay for the services, don't give them the car, duh? Also if its a job that requires them not giving you their car, but you fabbing something, ask for a 50% NON-refundable deposit upfront, make them sign a waiver or something. Anyway pictures are worth a 1000 words, so the 2 sided argument doesn't help you against that picture.

I'm not taking either side but how can they take pictures to make them look bad? I could see if it was a picture of it before you finished it but aparantly its the finished product. It wouldn't have taken more than 5 minutes to take a carbide bit and cut that pipe down flush on the inside after you tiged it.

Anyway, to the original poster... if you need some help getting your car straight shoot me a PM. I'd be more then willing to help you out if you still need it since it looks like you got some bad fab work here.
