G&W's Fall Fling is between 250-300 dollars. I can't remember, since we got a group rate. (11 Focuses ) You don't have to be a member to attend.

Expect them to have info up on it in a month or two. Well, I hope soon...

Summit Point.... I still consider it my home track. My AV pic is in turn 6 about 20 years ago. My opinion of the track is that it makes ahuge differance between good and great drivers. You can go to SP and feel fast and then get so blown away by someone else in what should be a slower car. It is a hard track to drive really well.

Years ago we used to say Summit Point had great runoff room. Since then SP added gravel traps (don't like 'em) and the cars got so they cornered faster and tracks like the new VIR make us realize what runoff room we should have. Of course you should see the lack of runoff room that VIR had back in the old days. You would have thought it was somewhere else.

 

I have no idea but, they have an event going on around the time I'd like to go.
