Everyone ready?

Put on my new race pads and flat spotted tires, new fluid and checked everything out on a lift. Cant wait to try out my new found power since it's finally tunned.

Derek and myself will be leaving Friday night around 7pm.

Weather looks good so far!

 

I'm in the garage now... washed, putting a coat of wax on to fend off the track dust and rubber. Then taping up the lower sides and putting the new stretchy bra over the new bumper.

Leaving for Greensboro tomorrow after work... will do my brakes there w/ my dad and help him w/ his Z06. Fluids and mods are done!

Don't be a stanger this time... there'll be like 1,000,000 vettes there so we'll all be in our elitist group... so stay away

 

Tires get mounted Friday morning. Hopefully they don't fuck up the rims.

 

Are there seriously gonna be alot of Vettes?

I have fun with normal C-5 and below Vettes on race rubber and I can play with ZO6's on street tires, but after that my street tire weekness shows through.

There's not a entry list anywhere to view the cars is there?

I am hoping to mess with some M3's and Porsche's also.

Well be in the "P" area (p as in the first letter in Paddock). Ther's going to be around 25-30 Corvettes there.

 

I cant wait! My goal is to stay within a 200 feet of DoingOk from turn 1 to 6 .

Yeah Feb should be enough time to get the basic stuff on the new car.

rear bar (I'm thinking the A-Spec brace with the ITR bar)
Bushings (OEM and Mugen lots of pics of failed Poly bushings on track cars)
Brakes (MC, Calipers, Pads, Rotors, and SS lines)
Role bar
Hopefully seats and 5 points
refresh on the head

I hope I have enough time and money damn Feb really isnt that far away...
