I'm signed up for the blue group. Should be fun and a little quicker than the HPDE @ Summit Point.

 

How'd that go?

 

Tim and I had a friggin' blast. Track was maybe a bit more technical than VIR North but was fun as hell once we got the line. There is not a lot of run-off areas and def' alot of cement walls/barriers. I ran in the "C" group and prob should have been in the B. I was signed off (had a real good instructor who happens to own the course record in his class) the second day and felt real comfortable in the car. They started staging everyone behind Tim and I so we wouldn't get held up by traffic. After a 25 minute session, I would usually pass everyone once and some people twice. Car is very fast on straights of course but it would also hold the corners great. Many instructors were commenting on how well it went through the twisties. I'm supposed to get the videos tonight.....hope to have some nice shots of the "salad bowl" etc. I was extremely pleased with the overall feel and limits of the car. Learned alot Actually got enough air in one section to spin the rear tires. whew.....

Well looks im not goin to be running my car after all. Ill be there spectating though.
