Im curious to see what people are using as their current suspension setup... i was thinking of making my honda into a little auto-x machine. I was gonna go with H&R stage 3 race springs and KYB AGX's...

on the integra I used to have......
stock ITR sway bars(21 rear, god knows what front)
GC coilovers with 450f/500r spring rates
neuspeed shortened koni yellows
ingalls camber kits (the ones that go negative)
1.75deg negative camber in the rear
1 degree negative in the rear
0 toe rear
1/8 toe out in the front
worked really good. car rotated nicely and predictably. next mod was going to be 23mm sway in the back...

On the RX7 I have stock suspension plus 300,000 miles of wear plus a set of Tokico Blues, 16x7" rims, Hoosier 205-45-16 tires.
On the Mustang I have:
Koni Sport SS shocks
Coilovers Front (hope to add rear soon)
450 lb/in springs F
200 lb/in springs R
'95 Cobra style brakes
Solid offset steering rack mounts
Subframe connectors
Strut tower brace
HPMotorsports camber plates
16x10 or 16x12 Diamond Racing wheels
16x9 Revolution rims for street tires
Maier Racing fender flares
SVO Mustang rear control arms
Relocated front contol arm mounting point
Thunderbird lower control arms
Oh, that is the red '89 Mustang GT, not the '70 in my AV
Probably a few more things I have forgotten

Ground Control's with 300 front/375 rear rates
Koni Yellows with custom shortened front struts
Motivational rear upper shock mounts
Koni bumpstops
Nismo rear sway bar is coming for Christmas.
I'm running -1.5 degrees camber up front with 0 toe. Not sure what my rear is but, it's not adjustable anyways.
Since I run in STX I use 205/50 Azenis on 15" rims for auto-x and when I'm bored.

WRX:
-STi RA struts
-STi RA springs
-STi Grp N strut tops
-Cusco F/R strut tower braces
-Cusco F/R sways (21/22-23-24)
Handles pretty well and isn't that uncomfortable.
I need a more aggressive alignment though.
