Default Auto-x rules regarding what mods are allowed per class

Does anyone know of a website that has a comprehensive list of what mods are allowed while being in a ceartin class? I don't have $$$ right now for a membership or a rule book, but I am going to be starting to modify my car shortly and would like to plan my mods according to which class I will fall into. Thanks
