24 hours of lemons -south
Just typing it out for the hell of it.... but we finished a respectable 4th out of 80 something at the www.24hoursoflemons.com south with our 84 Z28 (number 96 team "Craigslist built our hotrod").
Lots of photos, in car cameras, car and team descriptions etc at

NEXT time, we bring real tires.... a limited slip rear, and a carb that doesnt shoot soot out the pipes!
In all seriousness.... it was alot of fun and all we did was add a quart of oil to it all weekend. If you like road racing, I highly recc this event. Its a TON of fun

Oh, and thank goodness Joe Henderson is a teacher and had the summer off.... or it would have never happened. We built this car in two weeks and it started an hour before we loaded it on the trailer... yet nothing failed, not one bolt.
If youhad asked me during the build if we would ever do it again, I'd say fuck no.... but now that the hell was over, I can't wait until next year.

(they said the same about our bitchin camaro)
But then we werent the guys that brought a 1995 mustang GT!?! (they left before the "peoples choice" so they didnt get crushed. If no one has seen what they did to the E30.... you really need to check out YouTube)
