Default windshield wiper problems

ok so during the last snow storm my wipers got stuck to my windshield i regretably tried to use them before letting the windshield defrost. now obviously they dont work and i want to know if there is anyway that i can fix it at home or does it require shop maintance.thanks.

im assuming the arms just popped off the wiper assembly, lift up the plastic cover below the windshield(usually get to it best by popping the hood), and it should expose the wiper assembly. Simply pop the arms back on the pivot points and you're good to go.
