Default What is this part?

I have a 99 SI, awhile ago bushing went and this shaft fell out, have no idea what it is called. It connects to the shifter which also connects to the transmission, it fell offthe bushing and the bar that dropped it got all bent up. Already searched around and couldn't find nothing.

Is it the stablizer bar mount. Has two bolts that bolt to the undercarraige. Little better explanation of where it is and what would be helpful. Picture above the bottom bar is the stabilizer bar and the top is the shifter bar.
