what can i expect to make(single cam)
personally, id pass on the sohc..
get yourself a ls swap...you wont be dissapointed
then eventually you can go ls/vtec
get yourself a vtec head, nice cams, decent header/int manifold, and hondata and youll be set.

oh i know i want ls vtec i just dont have the funds for it right now,and as i said i have a full z6 in my shed right now i just want something to put in quick and simple then i will save and build a motor
stock z6 block
stock y8 head with 2 layer headgasket
skunk 2 intake manifold with z6 throttle body stock injectors
dc sport 4-2-1 header
zc tranny with lightened flywheel and probally a stage 2 or 2 clutch
cold air intake
as for traction kyb's on ground controls with 205/50/15 all weather
im looking to get an idea of what i can make,not looking for anything crazy seeing how it is also my daily and im trying to lightly consume gas
any ideas let me know or if it would be better to just go ls in a crx

Anyone can trade. If you knew how to trade shit off, less money would be needed. You paid 2600 for a b16 eg swap? That's ridiculous!
115-125 whp... you would be lucky to hit 130 whp
or you could just put in some arp head studs, a new y8 2-layer hg, and then boost it. should be good for about ~210 whp. and can be done for about $800. then you can walk away from an ls.
well till the motor blows, and you find parts of your rods in the oil pan.
all motor d16 < any B or turboed stock block d16
