Default weird fuel pump problem...Walboro255

Crx w/Walboro255 (in tank fuel pump)

Today I drove my car about 2 miles to Advance. Everything seemed the normal. Turn the key, hear the loud ass fuel pump prime "wheeeennnnnnn" and car starts. I go in buy a couple of fuses come back out. turn the key and start the car. The car starts, bogs down, shuts off. thats when I realized that the fuel pump didn't prime as usuall. so I turn the key to ACC, just before starter, which should kick off the fuel pump. nothing. Try to start it anyways. no way car will have no part of it, stutters and shuts down.
Now I am freaking out, I'm fucking stuck at Advance. I disconnected the coupler to fuel pump and reconnected it and jiggled the wires around (why does this always work?). I also got out and rock the car back and forth. Turned key to hear the familar whine, car starts. Wiring? trash in the Tank?

any ideas?

LOL and I was parked right in front of the door. imagine buying a Jack, jackstands, etc. and droping the gas tank right there. Bet they would go Ape Shit. would make a good Viva la bam episode.

i've never had a problem with mine and i've had it in about 2 years at least. maybe some of them are just quirky. i'm using one designed for a gsx but i doubt that would have any difference.

Mine did the same thing in my integra when i first put it in. The car would run for a couple of seconds and then it would shut off. It runs fine though now only gave me a problem the first couple of days.

More than likely the contacts are corroded and need to be cleaned! If thats not it, check the wiring. Wires can go bad; do a resistance check.
