do a leak down test first,to make sure you didnt float a valve and ruin the valve seals and to make sure you didnt bend a valve during the over rev process, make sure your not leaking and cylinder compression and hopefully you didnt bend anything. if all good. adjust the valves to within spec, double check your timing to make sure you didnt jump a tooth.see what happens.
