I was wonderin....can u install a vafc in a non vtech motor????

You could install it, but there would be no point. I wouldn't buy it unless you plan on going VTEC and until then, wait until you install it. But if you plan on staying non-vtec get an SAFC those are for Non-vtec applications as well as other engines from different manufactures and would do you better than a VAFC would on your Non-VTEC motor.
