turbos dont get to complicated if you dont do those gay ass calculations cause you can screw yourself if your off by a significant number, bring back any memories derek?.........just keep it simple, if you have stock b series honda, get a t3/to4e, if you have a built motor and want to make some massive numbers, get a big t4 or a 60-1, keep it simple.......thats the way i do it anyway.......

GT3037s on a log manifold @15psi made 392
GT3037s on a log manifold @20psi made 457

so i was thinking bigger turbo on a equal lenth manifold could make an easy 400rwhp at 15psi maybe even 13psi. So i picked up a PT61(sc61 with a Ptrim T4 turbine)

PT61 on a equal lenth manifold with a bomb ass 4-1 collector in my avatar made 385rwhp @17psi.

so i thought it was the lenth of the runners keeping exhaust heat from the turbine, there fore robbing shaft speed. i built a new short runner manifold with the same collector. Didnt do a DAMN thing.

so, i turned out with less hp, more lag, more boost. But i did run 10's. i went to big on the turbine side.

i gave the fuck up after building the new manifold and not making a difference, said fuck it to all my calculations and theories. now i just throw shit at the motor and see what works.

seems to do well since the white car is scaring the shit out of me at 10psi.

too big of a one. but i was lucky to choose a divided inlet turbine housing.

Its an "O" trim T4 in a .70 housing. but the changes to cams and timing maps really are making a difference.

That is pretty big. I though you were using something much smaller.

i could use something smaller I MIGHT make 5-10hp but i dont know because of the manifold is a divided outlet.

other KAT's out there with T3 turbines make about 220@5psi and 250@9psi

i made 212@5psi and 250@10psi. that was the stock motor.
