Default tuning question

i just got my car tuned and im running a b16 turbo....and at 7.5 psi my 440cc injectors are at 95% duty cycle already....fuel pressure is at 48..and only made 24x whp and 161tq ....can anyone tell me if anyone have ever seen 440's on 95% duty cycle on 7.5psi?

it sounds a bit high. What is your fuel pressure doing in boost? It should hold around 55.5psi if 48 is your static pressure. Also what program are you using to tune with? Some of them have incorrect duty cycle readings.
