OK, Got mah Type R with the JDM B18C in it. I fuckin HATE how short the gears are in it, but man, if I could have just a longer 5th gear that would be AWESOME.

Some little birdy told me I could use an GSR OR LS final drive/5th gear and it would be easy as pie... Whats the truth to that statement?

I know theres a lot of you honda queers on here that can rattle off engine codes and help me with shit like this but cant even remember your moms birthday or your social security numbers.

You can remove the 5th gear from the GSR and throw it in, better than the LS from what im told. bring it to the shop, we can do it. Homeboy is a Trans Guru.

Yeah, the ls 5th gear is much better for cruising. I put one in my b16 tranny and it made a world of difference. Seems like I am saving a little gas also.

IDFK I was TOLD I coujld use an LS fifth, but someone told me I cant. Is there a write up on this shit somenwhere?

You'll laugh, but I still have to look on a calendar to see what date Christmas is. Sometimes I wish my brain worked properly.
