Default Tranny problem

I am beginning to have a pretty bad tranny problem....it used to be that she would grind in 3rd and 5th gear, Now, it will hardly let me put it in 5th gear, i usually cant, and on some occasions, the shifter itself will slip out of 5th gear...Now, it is starting to not let me go from neutral to 4th...or neutral to 3rd....is this the synchros that are being worn out? I checked all my fluids and it seems fine....and if it is the synchros, does anyone know a good place that sells trannys for decent prices???

PS... my car is a 95 Prelude vtec
