i need help on installing a tach....do i need to get a different ignition system like MSD or do i need a early ignition module
any help

you need a power, ground, elimination (so you can turn it onn and off)(would run to head lights), and find yoru tach wire

red - constant power
white - dash lights
black - ground
green - some type of negative wire that pulses each time a cylinder fires, coming off of a coil/coilpack/whatever honda's have

in my car i ran 2 of the wires dunno which down to the wires connected to the lighter in the car and then the other 2 into the engine bay

Hook your power, ground, remote, (all easy) and then your rotation sensor wire coming off of the distributor.
