Default synthetic oil question

my buddy who works at goodyear was telling me that synthetic oil starts to burn between 8000-9000 rpms. i was just wondering if this is true

RPMS alone will not make oil burn, it takes heat/friction

Synthetic is what is run in race cars that see 15k+ RPM

And motorcycles do 15k+ rpm all the time

Your friend is wrong. Another person repping how good Goodyears people are. Thats two people that made assinine comments about oil that were 100% false.
