Default Swapping a ODB1 B series motor into a 92 VX Civic

Alright, personally I am very mechanically inclined and I am a technician at Victory Nissan but i have never done a honda swap by myself. I know putting the motor together in the car mechanically but what stumps me is the wiring. Now I know Im matching ODB's so no jumper harnesses will be needed but I currently have a 5 wire O2 Sensor and I need to switch the 5 wire to a 4 wire, and any other electrical wiring issues I may need to address. Im just wondering if any of you out there have done this swap. which eletrical issues I need to address and how do i exaclty do it. Thanks
