if i were to swap a b18c motor into my ls what would have to change and what all would i need to perform swap

 

it depends what year your car is, and what year engine you are going to put into it.

 

the car is a 90ls and i am thinking of a 96 gsr but really dont know how to perform swap

 

it would be easier to get an engine that is the same year as your car, but it can be done. the 96 has a hydrolic tranny and your car is cable. also your car is pre-obd and the 96 is obd 2.

hmmmm or drop the b16a1...that would be better OBDII to OBDI isn't that hard but it is a headache. Hydro to cable coversion another not hard thing but still a headache.
